On the way to church I saw this cool fence and grabbed my camera as quick as I could because where the fence stopped in the middle, there was this long dirt path. I missed it by a few seconds, but it still turned out to be a cool picture.

Zilker Botanical Gardens

Sorry I haven't posted in so long! It has been such a busy week and I just haven't found the time to sit and post. So I guess I have some catching up to do! This last week we went to try something new we haven't ever done. So we decided to go to the Zilker Botanical Gardens. They were AMAZING! Here are some pictures of Luke, my Mom, and I.

Doesn't this picture just speak for itself? My mom and I were in the kitchen and noticed this squirrel sitting on our window. Of course I grabbed my camera and chased after it with hopes of getting some awesome picture of it. But this is just about as close as I could get without it launching off that stone block.

One More thing

I was just on one of my best friend's blog, Cassie, and she had posted a picture of her and I making a special Easybake oven recipe. PLASTIC FLAVORED COOKIES! I know this picture looks like it was maybe just a year ago, and yes, you are right. This was just last year:) Who ever said 6th grade is too old to use an Easybake oven?

Today I got my own camera! It is not that bad considering the fact that it was only about $75. But it was on sale! (So it wasn't that cheap!) I was just taking random pictures with it tonight just to see what it could do and I got two awesome pictures. The first one is of the sky after the sun went down. The second one, I was trying to take a picture of this pretty tree and I moved away from it too fast... and this is how it turned out! These are two things that made me happy today!
