Luke and Maddie's Bonding time!

On Saturday Maddie and I took and hour long, and very tiring bike ride up many painful and long hills. And at the very end of our final hill we both felt a little dizzy so we rode down all the hills slowly back home. Then we each took showers in different bathrooms, cooled down in ice cold water. Maddie felt better but I still had that yucky sick feeling in my stomach so I took a swig of good ole' Pepto Bismal and slept for about 2 hours. During that time Luke and Maddie had some good times preparing the USC game. (Very exciting for our family.) And for all you Texans, GO USC! and WHO'S NUMBER ONE AGAIN????? YEAH I THOUGHT SO... USC!!!!!!!!! Anyways they made a whole field and actually played with some stuffed animals. Heres the real action!
Luke was the USC bear and Maddie's was supposed to be the Ohio State bear.

And here I am laying between the couch trying to recover with a few hours of sleep! I feel much better now though!

Last Friday we took a trip down to Lake Travis High School to watch the Timber wolves hopefully kick some booty! In the end they didn't, a pretty close game, but Lake Travis High School is number 1 in the state so it was OK to lose to them.:) This was my first real high school football game to actually go to. It was definitely pretty crazy to see all of these crazy, painted, decked out, and excited high schoolers. Much better then the mini sized middle school games I'm used to! Me and Maddie STANDING, (due to extreme crowding!) With the band practicing in front of us:) That really us feel team spirit!
As you can see Chase let Luke get comfortable by giving him a fabulous view of the game that I was wanting too. But I wish we had a picture of the stands, literally NO room anywhere around. Unless we dare go over to the other team's side.
Isn't that a cute picture, the reason Luke and I have blue and red lips is because we were enjoying Ring Pops the whole time. Minus Mike and Shauna this is everyone that was there.

I hope we get to experience another awesome football game where the Timber wolves win!
