Independent Study

As a 7th grader in QUEST you have a huge project once a year. You do it in 6th grade and now in 7th. So this is my first year in QUEST and i had no idea what this huge project was. (BTW QUEST is an advanced English class or advanced language arts class.) So Independent Study is this project that takes up over 2 months that we present in January, but we have start it now. It is like a 15 minute presentation in the end, and it's causing everyone to become muy trabajador! (that was a bit of my Spanish skills since that is my elective. It means very hard-working.) Anyways, so to sum this up, it's a huge ordeal. Topic wise, you can pick anything. Anyhting as in, anything on this whole universe, solar sytem, and galaxy! So I picked the topic 9/11 hense the picture up top. It is a really interesting topic actually, and I think it'll entertain and interest me for 2 months. Right?

Club Penguin

So I don't know if anyone knows what Club Penguin is... but it is so dorki-ishly fun! Me and Maddie play it over the phone almost everyday! We do the little missions at the HQ! It is soooooo fun and really hard sometimes. If you haven't become a dork already, go to http://www.clubpenguin.com/! Wow, I am such a dork and reading this over again really makes me realize this... but it's OK! PLEASE someone tell me that they love Club Penguin too:)

Cedar Trees

For cryin out loud, anyone that lives in Texas right now is dying of allergys! Seriously, you can ask anyone here and they'll tell you they have a sinus headache, or a stuffed nose, or itchy eyes, and like me and my mom a sore throat. For those non-Texans out there, a Cedar tree is a big green tree that's really ugly, stubby, and basically looks like a giant weed. Like this picture, Cedar trees cover hills completly everywhere and you'll see one anywhere you go around here. That's it for my allergy update in Texas!:)

Trunk-or-treating

The only reason this picture is on here is because, #1 Addie is adorable as Minnie Mouse, and #2 don't i look hailrous? My wig is like basically off my head, or half way between my forehead. This was at the end of trunk or treat though, don't worry.

It's SO annoying that this picture won't flip around for me, but this is Luke in his awesome rapper outfit. since Maddie has brothers, she was able to lace Luke's shoes so there all fat and puffed out. but you can't really tell in this picture.

And here is a close up of "Velma and Daphne!" Pretty good costumes right? I mean we put together bits and pieces but other than that it was a pretty good set. My mom and i agreed that my glasses make the whole "velma" look!

My Pumpkin!

On Monday we carved pumpkins. mine is in the middle. if you can't tell what it is, it's a scary tree with a ghost standing next to it! Allie's is first, and of course luke's is the last one. (DUH, it's USC)
